•To be the ambassador of the hotel

This article is talking about the new application on Iphone, the chain created. The free application is made by the chain and useful for all customers. Of course, as a chain has got its own guest, the new app permits to the customer to find hotels easily at the hotel used to love to travel. 
This app could attract new guest but it is not Mandarin's goal. As every application, it is so usefull to get onto the website with the screen simplifyed. 
The chain made the app also to show to its guests that they want to make their reservation easy. The guest will be always satisfied if the hotel make his life easier.
